Kind of a funny pic. Looks like his head is really big for his body :o) Oh, well! Here is Mr. Ezra celebrating his seven month birthday in zebra style! We went to our church's harvest fest tonight and had a great time. Ezra fell asleep for a good portion of it, but it began during his bedtime, so it is amazing we got any pics with his eyes open :o)
It took him longer than some of his buddies, but Ezra is now sitting up! What a boy! This is a picture from this morning that I took of him with his pumpkin! We are looking forward to tomorrow night when we get to attend our church's harvest fest! Ezra is going as a zebra! Should be a lot of fun to see all of the kids and some of the adults dressed up as well. I will post pictures on our photo page :o) Until next time...
My what?!? I was first confused when my dear friend, Allison, told me that it was going to be my golden birthday this year. I thought to myself, I am not turning 50! Far from it. But I have learned something new this year. When you turn the age of the day you were born on that is your 'Golden Birthday'. So today I turned 28 on the 28th! It was a wonderful day. And my friends all came over to our friends, Jason and Allison's, house for a pizza party! Allison had the place decked out in gold. Candy in gold wrappers, golden pumpkins, gold balloons, gold napkins...just about everything had this theme! It was a great party with wonderful friends! Thank you all for coming if you are reading this! I had a fabulous golden birthday! I will put up pictures on the photo page as soon as blogger cooperates. It is being a little slow tonight. Ahh.. 28 isn't all that bad!
Today we went to the pumpkin patch with our friends Jeremy, Erin and Preston. It was a fun first time with Ezra even if he didn't like posing with the pumpkins! We even got some pictures with him and the pumpkins in his zebra costume! Too cute! This was our first trip of several planned for this fall :o) We are excited about going out a couple more times! At least I am as this is one of my favorite times of year!
It is unbearable! Three shots in one day! (Yes, he is holding three fingers up to show you how many!) Ezra had his six month check up yesterday! He did great. He is now 14lbs 12oz and 27in! He is growing at a rate of one pound per month. If he keeps up at this rate he will be able to be facing forward in the car at one year! What fun that will be for him! Ezzie is now on liquid Zantac for possible acid reflux! Hopefully this will help him out with eating and with sleeping at night! He has only been on it for two days now, so no improvement as of yet. Hopefully we will see some improvement in a couple weeks! He definitely needs some help as he is in so much pain when he is eating and sleeping! Poor little guy! We also hope that he won't have to be on the medicine for a long time!
