Blessed and Thankful
Yesterday my friends threw me a shower! I feel so blessed to have the church family that we have out here! They are all amazing and I had a lot of fun! Although it was a hard not having family here they still sent gifts to the shower. It was good to have something from them to open up! It made it feel like they were a bit closer. In this photo I am opening a 'gift' from Becks' mom of some his baby items. Notice the blue and white outfit on the arm of the chair. You gotta love the little pom-poms that are around the middle of the outfit! It was the early '70's after all. All the ladies and girls got a good laugh out of the stuff. The chicken booties were a favorite as well. Too funny!
We are now in the process of finding a home for all of Ezra's stuff in our house. Becks got all of the things that required assembly set up yesterday late afternoon. So we are a lot closer to being ready for Ezra to arrive. And for that we are very thankful to all of our friends and family for their help in getting us more prepared!
