Blooming and Growing

The weather difference from Ohio is amazing to us! We definitely are enjoying life here in Portland! At least I (Lee) am as I am a warm weather kind of girl. We have had unseasonably warm and dry weather here. It has been in the low to mid 60s and dry. The flowers are all in full bloom and the trees are blooming as well. And I actually broke down yesterday and mowed the lawn! Mowing the lawn in February is such a strange concept to grasp. But I was one of the last to do so. Some of our friends have been mowing since the beginning of February. We put it off until this week! And our lawn was looking rather jungle like. Tall grass and all...

Well as usual it has been a couple months since we have blogged! But I know we aren't the only ones that haven't blogged in a while. I don't know if anyone ever reads our blog anymore. If they did read it previously they have probably given up on checking in. As our blog gets updated every two months or so.

Not a whole lot new here. Just enjoying life and the many blessings God has put in our lives since we have been here. Jeff is enjoying his job, I am enjoying mine and Koi is well...enjoying her sleep. Although she did go for her first dog park experience this afternoon. And did very well just sniffing around the perimeter and ignoring all the other dogs that were there to run and play. I guess she is too old for that sort of stuff or something.
